We chat by phone or by Zoom, we get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit for each other.

I come on site and we go through a list of questions that I have prepared about your lifestyle, who are you, who lives here, what is important to you, what do you do for fun? We look at any inspirational images that you may have gathered and plan a design direction.  I then photograph the existing structure and measure everything.

I take the questionnaire we filled out together and the measurements I acquitted and I begin the design process.  There is an initial design plan released to you in and we have another meeting to go through the plan and discuss any changes or tweeks that may be necessary. You will receive a complete set of drawings along with photo real 3D renderings and when necessary a virtual walkthrough

Decor/millwork planning:

When the design is complete, I then begin planning the furniture, drapery, cabinetry specifications (ie: where is the garbage or where would my spices go etc), lighting plans, electrical plans, ceiling details etc

We then meet and select all of the necessary finishes ie: cabinetry, handles, countertops, faucets, light fixtures, flooring, etc

I am on site quite often from demo to completion. I ensure that the plans we created together are executed as you dreamed they would be. I am your advocate, and liaison between you and the contractor.
